Delays with Hayu episodes

why is there a delay with Hayu programmes when on Nowtv? There is episodes live on hayu direct but cant see them on nowtv.

for example - no below deck med tonight on Nowtv , however is live on Hayu direct.

Friday last week no southern charm on delayed until Sunday, was out directly on Hayu.
