Delays in episode availability

Does anyone know why there are seemingly random delays in getting episodes of new shows up? I've often found myself waiting weeks between episodes when I know they've aired on Sky. I've particularly noticed it with Jersey Shore and now the Bachelor seems to be random as well

It just depends on the source. Often it’s uploaded within the hour of being aired, other times it’s up to 24 hours.

When will my show be on catch up?

We aim for shows to appear on catch up within 24 hours of first broadcast.

Catch up episodes are usually available for at least 7 days from the date they were first broadcast
