Couldn’t connect to stream

Hi

I’m using now tv iOS  app to connect to the tv with  Chromecast feature. But keep disconnecting roughly every 20 - 30 minutes. I am using sports package 

error message:”sorry now tv is currently unable to connect to the stream...etc”

error code: code0xfde0001b

But if I use iOS app to watch can watch without any issues

able to use other Chromecast feature other apps without any issues 

any ideas how to fix this issue?
