Hi... can you please help me out? I cant find the question I asked in the community 5 days ago regarding call costs?
I have been trying to find out how much it costs me to call 0330, 0345, 0870 and 0845 numbers. This information should be easy to find but it's hidden and it's just driving me mad trying to find it... communication has always been pretty dire with Now TV and now there is no hope what with minimum hour long delays waiting for them to take the call.
I need to know how much it's costing me to wait in a queue for Royal Mail to take my call. I also have to call other places with these number and I know they are not all free to call.
You would think there would be something in place for us to help ourselves but we have just been left alone to look for a needle in a haystack.
I have been here but can't work out what it all means https://help.nowtv.com/article/how-much-do-calls-cost
Thanks,
Jon

Thanks for the response but the link doesn't help. It's out of date. Please check it.

Hi @Bloke33
My understanding is that 03 numbers are included if you have Anytime calls and keep the call under an hour.
Where the 0870 & 0845 numbers are chargeable (even to Anytime customers).
If you want an official answer and full clarification from NowTV (where i am a customer just like you) then due to the Coronavirus crisis the only way you can get in touch with them currently is use the web complaints form on this link below.
