I know lots of people have asked this question but there doesn't seem to be an answer. Why does 'continue watching ' and 'my list' keep disappearing? I watch loads of series and cant remember them all, it's a real problem. Can Now please give an answer and solution for this issue?
You should report to staff via live chat. Make sure to click “chat online” within the green box, don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.

Mine has totally disappeared too, even if a new episode of a prog is released that week it doesn't show that either, it is annoying.
Have you reported it to staff using the methods in my post?
Have you done a delete and reinstall of the app?
