Content not playing on iPhone

Trying to play content on iPhone 11 via the NowTV app. Error message saying content is unavailable. 

However, when i come off wi-fi the content seems to play fine. 

This has happened while trying to watch: 

 

Succession

Warrior

Billions 

 

Have re-installed the app, rebooted my phone and reset my router, but to no avail. 

please help

I used my iPhone 8 just checked in random, I can play them. 

 

Do you have the exact Season and Ep that you cannot play, please?

 

Can you please put the error message screenshot here, please?
