I am trying to watch a series I’ve watched numerous times through the nowtv app but I am getting frustrated as it keep telling me there is an error. Code16 keeps popping up not allowing me to watch it.

Error code 16 seems to be cropping up recently on a couple of people's IOS mobile devices.

 

You could try this below ?

 

I don't own an iPad or iPhone, but have you tried deleting the NowTV App once again, then go to the IOS App store, then download the fresh NowTV App.

 

Once the App is downloaded, switch the iPad / iPhone off, then power back up the device and enter your login details back into the NowTV App to see if it kicks starts the App into life and removes the error code 16 message on your screen.
