Code error.player.android.unknown

I got now tv on Amazon fire stick and nothing will play I tried uninstalling the app and resetting my internet router I don’t know what else to do

Is your Amazon stick fully updated? 

 

I've noticed apps wont work unless you update the software, which tends to happen a lot. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
