Why has Chicago Med Season 6 restarted its episodes?

Chicago Med along with Fire and PD are adding the last aired seasons onto box sets. This was confirmed when I sent an email to Viewer Relations.

The latest seasons will be added on Sunday, which is why your seeing season 6. But this will be for the entire season.

I realised that and was waiting for, @Anonymous User to clarify the question, where I had the same screen shot ready to post on the reply saying Season 6 returns on boxsets this Sunday.

No problems, I didn't want to reply with the screen shot of the return date on Sunday because I wasn't one hundred percent sure what @Anonymous User question was, just in case it was something different with regards to Season 6 of Chicago Med.

Season 6 was on there a few months ago with some episodes from season 6, I was wondering why they’ve taken it off & restarted the season

It was “taken off” because the first run air dates only allows for the episodes to remain on demand for a period of time. 

Now it’s returning as a box set. This practice is nothing new with Sky.
