What device are you using to watch your downloads?
Only certain devices support download for offline viewing.

Absolutely. You can download most shows and movies on your NOW Entertainment, Cinema, Kids and hayu Membership to watch again later when you’re offline on your iOS or Android device, whether on the go or relaxing on holiday.
Some events and shows from the Sports Membership are also available to download and replay – just look for the download iconon the programme info screen.

@gavs82008 reading @Anonymous User post I believe he has downloaded the NOW App only and wants to stream the TV show from NOW catch up rather than to download it onto a mobile device.
Gordon I would normally suggest type the show name in the search section of the NOW App, but there has been some reports of certain Sky Arts shows not being picked up under the search on certain devices such has the NOW box or Stick for example.
The search does seem to find the result when using the NOW App on a Android smartphone or tablet.
What I tend to do is go to the Entertainment section (where I am assuming you have a Entertainment Membership to watch the NOW Entertainment content) then select Channels, then select Sky Arts, then select the TV show in question from the Sky Arts on Demand sections which are listed in alphabetical order. .
This is how I found the TV show from the screen shot taken below.
Or alternatively use the NOW App on your smart phone or tablet and search the TV show in question and then add it to your My TV Watchlist.
Once added to your Watchlist if using another playback device go to the NOW home screen on the other playback device and pick up this TV programme under the Watchlist grid row on the NOW App home screen.

Thanks so much that's really helpful. I had downloaded NOW onto my PC, but I couldn't find a "search" box anywhere. To me that seemed the obvious way to go, but all I got was a string of future and current programmes.

Hi @Anonymous User
I don't use a PC myself for watching NOW, but have you clicked on the Menu (three small horizontal line) button towards the top left on the NOW website when logged into your account.
Then from the drop down menu select Entertainment, then from the Entertainment screen, click on the search magnifier glass icon towards the top right of the screen, then type the TV show you want to find & watch.

Many thanks. Got it in the end
