Cant watch certain episodes

Hi everyone I have now tv through bt and the past few days it's not been letting me watch certain episodes it just keeps saying error does anyone know why please as I'm new to this

Does the same error happen on a different device (if you own more than one type of playback device) ?

What is the TV Show, Season Number and Episode numbers in question ?

Any error code or message ?
