Can't see channels on tv package I've bought

Hi, I've just joined talk talking from BT, which I think I'm now regretting, how can I see channels on the entertainment package on the normal guide? I click on them and it says to set up or add to my TV package (which I have) please help

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Only BT TV customers have the ability to watch and record live NOW channels from the main Youview TV Guide.

 

If you are now with Talk Talk and subscribe via your NOW memberships, you need to access the NOW App on your TalKTalk Youview box and pick up the live NOW channels through the Now & Next live TV Guide.

 

Unfortunately there is no live record facility on the App only on Demand or catchup.

 

When using the NOW App make sure you are signed into the App under the My Account tile box towards the bottom of the NOW App home screen page.
