Good spot, I do usually watch this show but haven't caught up yet on episode 16 and will probably hold off now until they get the episode fixed.......but you can tell from the episode thumbnail that a time of 35mins is way too short and action must be missing. Do you happen to recall at what time during the episode the break seems to happen??
I haven't seen this for a while, but over the years with Now TV I have seen a few catch-up episodes of Fox shows that have had bits missing on playback.......always worth checking the times under the episode thumbnails and if something seems a bit short, it may mean an issue?? However, I think this episode of Bull (ironically called 'Missing') might be the worst with about 4-6mins missing??
@Izzie-T can you get the folk to check this episode of Bull as it does seem like a chunk of the episode is missing from catch-up playback.

Comparing Bull season 4 episode 16's timing in IMBD against the one shown in Now TV's Entertainment section definitely reveals that Now TV's entry is at least 5 minutes shorter.
Hope the tech chaps at Now TV can speedily fix this new problem, simply because Bull is one of my "never miss" shows.

As others are mentioning it’s not that the episode is missing. It is down to a part of the episode available on catch up has been trimmed for whatever reason.
According to IMDB the episode is 42minutes long.

as others have said, part of episode is missing, a chunk of about 5 mins, from about 30mins into the episode.
Strangely the episode title is “missing” so perhaps the production team predicted this would happen...

As a couple of people have mentioned in this thread, at 30minutes 41seconds in to the episode there is an obvious error and large gap of missing content.
It would appear that the provider of the episode has sent Now TV the episode with an error and content missing and seems like Now TV need to contact the provider for the complete episode to be re uploaded to your systems.
This is not some natural difference between the US and UK versions of the episode...the UK version has a problem.

You know, I was stunned when I read @Izzie-T 's post asking for information that's already been supplied, as if she has not bothered to read the posts in this thread.
Maybe it's one of those help desk tactics, user does a test, informs the help desk personnel but the user is asked to do the test again (why?).
Guess we'll and to wait and see.
