Broadband Buddy

Hey, I need help with turning off my broadband buddy.

It blocks unnecessary websites that I use all the time and is of no use to me. I've tried for a while now and gone on all websites listed but nothing seems to work as every time a red sign with an exclamation mark comes up saying "Well, that didn't go to plan. Please wait a moment and try again.".

It's becoming quite tedious and I haven't read anything about others with the same issue. Is it just me and can someone please help me and advise me on how to fix this?

what happens if you do a factory reset to the router by holding the reset button for 15 seconds?

If that fails give the broadband team a call to get it sorted it.
