Brand new customer - Purchased entertainment + boost, only get sd on the last of us.

I have boost,

I have entertainment,

I have sd only via the player on windows.

I am going to be honest, I was going to just grab a hbo max sub so i don't have to wait 24 hours to watch, game of thrones, house of the dragon or the last of us when they actually come out ((usa get it 24 hours before us)). 

Its actually showing HD on my sony tele via the app - Why is the player so bad?

Help or its cancel time.

The player on PC/laptop has never been able to do 1080p. God knows why, but it is restricted to only 720p, which is HD, just not full HD.

No. The HD and Surround Sound features of Boost aren't available on any of the following devices that you can watch NOW on:

  • PC/Mac
  • iOS or Android mobile devices 
  • Amazon Fire & Fire HD tablets
  • Roku devices other than Roku Express or Roku Streaming Stick
  • Chromecast 2nd generation.

We're always looking to make Boost available on more devices, so check back regularly to see if your favourite device is supported
