Hey guys,
I bought a hayu pass, yet my app says i havent and therefore i cant watch anything. Ive reinstalled the app and ive definitely been billed. I only have one account.
Does anybody have any suggestions?

Out of curiosity what playback devices have you tried with the NowTV App with your Hayu Pass ?
Does the same problem happen on all your playback devices that supports the NowTV App with Hayu on it ?
I am guessing you have tried signing out of the NowTV App, then switch the power off completely on your playback device, then power on the device and log back into the App ?
