Boost not working

I have purchased the sports package and purchased the BOOST. When I begin a sports stream on my phone then start a sports stream on my NOWTV smart stick it works. But when I start the stream on the stick first, when I try to stream on my phone it brings up a concurrency error

Have you tried logging out and back in on your devices, where if you purchased the Boost directly from your online account it can take 4 hours to trigger the Boost Membership.

 

Logging in and out of the playback device should trigger the Boost Membership straightaway.
