Boardwalk Empire S1 Ep07 Won't play - 6 days running

I have seen this issue raised in various catagories over the last 6 days, with no admin response, or solution.

The episode is visible, but after the advert, will not play.

On the Now TV box, the screen is completely  black, whilst using the app gets you the error message shown below.

Can this please be acknowleged?

It's been a whole week now, is this going to get sorted? I feel like not bothering to renew next month's Now TV subscription due to increasing errors like this.

There's a technical issue with this episode and our teams are investigating and working on a fix. We hope to get it all sorted ASAP, as soon as we have any updates we'll let you know here.
