I'm trying to watch through Grimm, and every episode has scenes missing, it will start to show it but then skip past it.
It's mostly during violent(ish) scenes but has happened during normal parts too. Is this even fixable or just standard for now TV, it's worth noting I've only experienced this since the adverts have started.

Hi @Anonymous User @gavs82008
Thank you for your message. However I will really need the specific info, particularly to deal with skipped scenes:
• Season and Ep numbers
• If possible also timing of the problem happens in Ep
• Device types
• If stick or TV, also the TV model and brands
• Image or video of problem if possible
Thank you for your help.

The chupacabra episode ends with Juliette looking at herself in the mirror ( the shortened NOW TV VERSION . The full episode ( on Netflix) shows Juliette holding her head in pain then she woges for the first time . That’s not it I’ve noticed every episode is missing about 5 minutes . 😞

Hi @Anonymous User
I have never watched Grimm myself.
This might be a bit late now, but somebody over on Twitter noticed that some of the Grimm episodes on Sky Max have been edited, where the same episodes on Peacock have the edited bits included.
Another thing noticed by the person on Twitter, that the Sky Max version is rated at 18 with the edited bits and the Peacock version is rated at 15 with the cut out bits added.
Where you would think it would be the other way around.
Anyway this might be of interest to somebody.

Hi @schnapps @Anonymous User @Anonymous User @gavs82008
This age rating does sound a bit odd, I can check with the team now.
I can check the Grimm S04 E08 as mentioned.
However for other eps cut version, if you can provide some actual Season & ep numbers would be great.
Thank you.

Hi @Anonymous User, @gavs82008 @schnapps @Anonymous User
Due to Peacock has a changes of schedule and taken off all the Grimm on NOW platform, we are only able to confirm that the Sky Max version is indeed shorter than the Peacock version.
However we cannot investigate this further.
Sorry to late update due to the changes of schedule issue.
Thank you for your message.
