Beyond the Myth: Episode 4 Error Code OVP_00009

Beyond the Myth: Episode 4 - The Waffen SS. This episode has 7 hours left in order to be able to watch it, but I keep getting error code OVP_00009. It would be great if NOWTV could extend how long the episode has left on NOWTV so that I can finish watching it.

Perhaps check for updates or doing a reset to the routers and devices? 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
