Bad blurry picture

Last two days and today the picture for sky sports and movies keeps going out of focus and very blurry making it hard to watch. My Internet connection is good and no other issues from other services such as netflix or amazon.

How can this issue be solved please

We had this issue a few times when watching The Sopranos, if it keeps it up I would suggest deleting and reinstalling the app. Or the old faithful of turn router off and on again.

To be honest, I dont know about your area.

but my area internet was working very slow and held up all evening too.
