The “ContentTeam” don’t own what is available on the service. Saying “yours” doesn’t mean anything.

If the user hasn’t replied to their last tagging it won’t speed up the reply for new tags. 

From my understanding Hayu on NOW has always been unreliable and many users going elsewhere to get Hayu. Either from Hayu directly or Amazon.
