Aston Villa vs Liverpool

Hi.

 

The sport section of NOW isn't allowing the Aston Villa vs Liverpool football game to play.

 

Comes up with invalid address message.

 

Any ideas?

What device are you using?  Have you tried both Main Event and Premier League?

My MacBook Ive been on since signing up. Nothing opens in sports now even though I’ve paid up until 20/5.

I don’t have a MacBook, so don’t know what is happening.   I use the Now app on iPad Pro and it works there.  May need reinstalling.

 

I also have app on Fire stick and Now TV stick which also worked for game this evening.

 

Don’t know if you have a stick, chromecast or an app on your smart Tv.  May be worth trying them.  Worse case scenario try a smart phone and see if that works.

Good luck!

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
