It's also been reported over on NowTV Twitter.

I have no idea how long it will take to fix ( @Izzie-T are the NowTV Content Team investigating this ?).

If you can't wait until NowTV resolves it, then the first episode 1 is live on Sky Documentaries tonight at 9pm (according to the Sky TV Guide Planner).

Hopefully NowTV will get it fixed soon if they are aware of it.

Looks like NowTV have fixed it according to the NowTV App on my Android tablet.
