We’ve been watching Succession Season 2, and every episode we have watched On Demand on a Monday evening at around 19:00 - 20:00 has had the subtitles missing.
They arrive eventually, next day maybe, but only for the couple of episodes we have watched late in the week (2 and 5) have we enjoyed the benefit of subtitles.
Its still happening too, with this week’s episode 6.
Why are these subtitles late, and can someone at NowTV please do something about it?
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
