I have The nowTv 4k box connected via ethernet and the latest stick connected via WiFi.
I don't have a lot of spare plugs near devices, so I boot them cold when needed, but since last night neither device will connect to Internet.
As they boot they appear connected but as the box says its loading homepage it fails to do so.
My Internet is fine with laptop, PC and phone.

please confirm if you have done the basic troubleshoot for unplug device/uninstall app, clear all history on device, smart TV & app.
