Hi I’ve just bought the now tv boost and I can only stream on one device ?

Sign out of the NOW App on your main playback device, then sign back in again then this should trigger the Boost straight away otherwise it takes 4 hours to kick in from purchase.

It takes up to 4 hours to activate on your devices. Unless you log out and back in.
