unknown page error

So I just bought a month subscription to Now Tv and I have come home from work excited to watch game of thrones but I’m getting this error message “unknown page error- something is not right. Give it a moment, or check the internet connection.” It’s been like this for ages I have restarted internet/PS4 I have reinstalled it but still the error message and it’s the same with all other shows I don’t see the point in buying it if it’s not going to play anything.

Getting the same issue now when trying to purchase a Sports Pass, have not been able to find any working solution, no issue with any other streaming service and it plays the Entertainment channel ok so is a NowTV issue not a hardware/connection. 

 

With the constant lag and buffering for sports it's probably good that it won't allow me to waste my money on this service.
