Trying to continue watching my show on the now app on my ps4, just about to start the 2nd ep of the 2nd season and an error code comes up saying something about device capabilities? Anyone know what’s going on?
I'm having the same issue. Waited a few days and tried on different devices etc and it didn't work so bought the episode on amazon. Now on episode 6 and same message. 3,4 and 5 worked as does 7,8,9 12 and 13 also don't work! Very frustrating.
This error has been reported on the forum many times.

For me it's the programme Manifest and it's season 2
You need to tag in the user for them to get any updates for the issue in question.
