getting a 'something's not right' message trying to sign in on PS3

Hi, can you help please? I've been signed out of now tv on my PS3 and it won't let me sign in again, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, reset my password and signed in on other devices (phone and tablet) but still getting the same result on the PS3, can someone please tell me why this is and how we can rectify it? Thanks

Can I just check that your signing in using your username and not your email address ?

Yes, I'm using my username, I uninstalled the app then reinstalled it, the
thing is that we were logged in on the app but when we were attempting to
watch a movie it had signed us out on its own and wouldn't allow us to sign
in again, there's nothing wrong with the console as all other apps are
working fine

Sorry to hear this issue is still ongoing.

The problem you described would normally only happen if our system is detecting you as being outside the UK. Do you have any VPN's running? If so, please switch it off and try NOW TV again.

A VPN allows you to trick your Internet connection into thinking that your based in another country primarily.

You can do a quick Google search for more information on it.
