Ive been watching nowTV all morning and now it tells me ive reached my device limit. I am the only one watching it. ive trieed to remove old devices from months ago but I cant so now I cannot watch any

Hi @Anonymous User 

Sometimes if a supported NOW playback device has had a firmware update or software update in the background it confuses the NOW similtaonus amount of streams either without Boost or Boost included.

If your main playback device can't resume after around 15 minutes then jump over to NOW live chat for further assistance and help.

Whilst over on live chat if there is any old devices on your registered account list that you don't use or own anymore ask them to delete them from your list.
