This started a few weeks ago, with online games freezing 2-3 minutes in, then kicking me as the connection had dropped. Having had the line checked and the box checked, everything is fine. Leaving the XBox on the menu screen, it drops connection every few minutes for about 20 seconds.
There seems to be a comms issue between router and XBox. I've tried resetting the router, resetting UPnP, none of it works. Does anyone have a workaround for this? do I need to assign an IP address to it? if so, what and how? any advice is gratefully received as it means I cannot play games - they all require online connection of some kind, even the single player ones. Help!
