Xbox 360 freezing issue

Has anyone found a solution to the nowtv entertainment freezes on Xbox 360 ? It locks the controller and console too, has to be turned off and on again to be able to do anything. It seems to be mainly when searching for something to watch, because that’s as far as I ever get before it freezes. Anyone know how to stop this ? Only just subscribed and it’s a bit of a joke already. Thanks 🙂

I've always had issues watching now tv on Xbox 360. It either totally freezes or it logs out. Very annoying. No solution. Now tv doesn't seem to care either it seems. Won't be renewing my subscription for this reason. Didn't have any problems with Netflix.
