The app worked well an was happy until 10 minutes into my film a notice came up saying 'please upgrade, reached maximum duration allowed, i had just paid for the full version an it still wont let me watch more then 10 minutes of any movie on my phone
@Anonymous User playto is an app on the boxes. @Anonymous User are you trying to play some of your personally owned content e.g.home DVDs or are you trying to watch Now Cinema?

Hi Nathan, welcome to the fourm, this either sounds like a device limit has been reached on your nowtv account, or with the app that your are using, we do not support playto so you would be best contacting them regarding this
