Watch sport on ps4

I downloaded now tv on my PS4 thinking I could watch the sport on the big screen, I won a 5 month sky sports pass at maccys! So I can watch on my iOS but when I try to watch on my PS4 it asks me to purchase, can anyone help why I can’t watch the sport on my PS4 but can on my iOS?

I am guessing the 5 month sports pass that you won from McDonald's is a Mobile Sports Pass ?

 

Hence the reason it plays on a smartphone and not on your PS 4.
