Not sure how many people use a PS4 for Cinema and subtitles. I am new to Now TV and for big release films, it is common for lines of subtitles to be missing which is extremely frustrating for a family member who requires them.
It doesn't seem to be an issue on the laptop. Now TV help were pretty useless, reinstalling the app doesn't help. I'm not sure if it is made worse if you have to pause the film at any point.
