I use NOW TV through my XBOX One X.
I have a Sports subscription that I have had for years.
Suddenly the Sports section is not working. The titles are shown but no images on the listings and when I try to click on anything the app says there is a problem and becomes unresponsive.
I can view everything as normal on my laptop and on my iPhone.
Everything else works fine.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled and that makes no difference.
My account shows that I have a valid Sports subscription.
I cannot see anywhere to actually talk to someone at NOW TV about it.
Is anyone able to help with this?
