Sorry, we did not recognise either you username or password

For days now I have been trying to access my Now Tv on PS4, what is it with the damn piece of ######.
Every single time i am given the same responce "Sorry, we did not recognise either you username or password", which is rubbish as I know both details are correct.
I have changed my password multiple time, still it doesnt work.
I have unitstalled and reinstalled the app, still doesnt work.

I can log on no problem through a laptop too.

And how the hell is anyone supposed to contact customer services on this damn site!!
