'Sorry, there was an error in the player'

Hi there, I went shopping after watching nowtv, was working fine, and got this message upon my return. My device is an Xbox One. I have looked at previous threads with this issue and followed (and exhausted) all possible fixes! Signed out, deleted app, cleared cache, restarted internet, unplugged everything for 10mins, reinstalled app, signed in, and now all I get is the circles... so frustrating as today is my catch up day with all programs on my list!! Any advice would be greatly appreciated TIA

I’ve had this error for over a month and this still hasn’t been sorted!!

Did you get this issue sorted at all, I've been having the same issue done every possible to fix the issue contacted live chat and no fix found nothing online about this either apart from cancel the subscription for poor service provided.
