Sorry there was a error in the player

Hi I’m on the Xbox one and I’ve been watching the sky sports package fine, I recently had a free week trial of the entertainment and I’ve brought the monthly package, now when ever I try watching a film or a sky sports channel it says ‘sorry there was a error in the player’ or it doesn’t do anything when I click on the film or tv channel. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling and I’ve removed the account from my devices and signed in again but it’s still not working. Any advice is appreciated, thank you
