Somethings not right

For the last 3 days i havnt been able to watch anything i have being getting this message on my screen. Something's not right. Give it a moment, or check nowtv.com/status for updates. I have tried everything turning the router off, uninstall the app and reinstall it back. I dont know what to do.

Thanks for posting, sorry to hear you've had some issues with the PlayStation console. Can you try rebooting the console, also try clearing the NOW TV game data. Finally are you using a wireless connection? If so can you try a wired connection instead.

Having the same issue. Tried everything, does not work. It was working one day, not the next. I shouldn't have to try a wired connection. Easier just to cancel if I can't get help!
