Somethings not right

Just purchased an XBox One S - unable to watch NowTV. Keeps coming up with 'Somethings not right' message.

  • Wireless network via BT Home hub
  • Network speed 25mbs+ and Netflix fine on XBox
  • Deleted and reinstalled app numerous times
  • Have cleared the cache
  • Not on XBox preview programme

Tried most of the previous solutions for this reported problem, but nothing working as yet. Any other suggestions?

Do you have the Xbox One Preview Dashboard installed @Anonymous User ?

Hi @Anonymous User

Thanks for getting in touch with us. I'm really sorry to hear that you've been having issues with the Xbox One S.

Would you be able to confirm the following?

- Are you connected to a sound system or sound bar?

- Are you running the Low Power Mode?

Please let us know and we'll look into this further.

Thanks

Rob

Hi @Anonymous User

Could you try turning off low power mode and see if that makes any difference ?

Thanks

Andy

I'm having the exact same issue if that's any help, just moved from the original Xbox One to Xbox One S and same error, had been working great/no issues with my original console.
