Hello
i keep getting a message on my screen Saying “ somethings not right check internet connection”. I get this everytime I try to watch something.
Ive tried unplugging the Xbox and leaving it a few minutes, I know the internet connected because the other apps are working. I’ve tried deleting the app off the Xbox and that dosnt work.
Can anyone help me out please

I also had this problem last night, also I can't buy a sports pass because of an "overdue payment" despite the fact they have taken the payment out.

See if switching the power off to your Router for about 20 minutes makes any difference.
Also if Virgin is your ISP, maybe try setting a guest network on the Virgin Hub Router.
Should BT be your ISP, then maybe try disabling the smart setup on the BTHome Hub.
