Shocking device and wasted monthly fee

Nearing the end of my tether with Now TV, if it was stable and actually worked it would be great but almost everything I go to use the bloody thing it's frozen of freezes, it buffers like crazy on a line tested 32Mb. As things stand my entertainment and movies pass a waste of money and I am very close to cancelling the lot.... One very frustrated customer!!!

Are you watching through PS4 or using a Now TV box, if your using the NOW TV box try the following.

You could try this via the now tv remote.  Hope it helps.

Home. (x5)
Fast Forward.
Play.
Rewind.
Play.
Fast Forward.

If the above is done correctly, you’ll see a new screen pop up called ‘Platform Secret Screen’ which will display two green bars and four further options. Please select ‘Disable Network Pings’ from the list of available options.
