Refund

Guys this is a joke, I have followed every step given by the technical team to the point where I have reset my ps4 and lost all my data. This hasn't worked !
Contact now tv via the live web chat and demand a refund for the whole time you have had your subscription. We have and have been refunded over 100 pounds.
Now tv, get your act together !
