QR code scan on PS4 not working

I have downloaded the NOW tv app on my ps4 because I have an entertainment membership. When I open the app on ps4 it tells me to either scan the QR code on the screen or visit nowtv.com/playstation. Yeah, neither of these things work so what am I doing wrong?

If you have an existing account, you shouldn't scan the QR code, that is for new members only.

 

There should be an option to close (either bottom left or right). When you do that this will take you to the home page, where you will need to scroll all the way to the bottom to see the row of options including "account". 

In there is where you will be able to log in.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
