Ps5 error code

Error code vsf:SDK.pei.rxplayer/pipeline _load_error.

Yesterday my ps5 asked me to update my nowtv to a ps5 version. I now get this error code everytime I try watching sky news. It doesn't happen on any other channel.

I have reset console. Uninstalled/reinstalled app. Removed device from my list and signed in again on device. 

Any help resolving this would be appreciated 👍
