Ps4 streaming isnt 1080p with boost pass

Hi my steaming quality on my ps4 pro is still 720p with sky sports and I dont know why. i have very fast internet 100 mps. The quality just stays on 4830. Why is this?

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Did you start the NowTV Boost Pass in the last 3 hours when buying the Boost Pass on the NowTV website ?

 

If so have you tried signing out of the NowTV App on your PS4 and log back in again to see if that triggers the Boost upgrade.
