Ps4 "something's not right"

Every time I try and watch something I attempt to sign in, but every time I do the message "Something's not right. Give it a moment or check nowtv.com/status for updates". Help? I know that the information I'm even teeing is correct.

I am having exactly the same problem.
I have changed my password this morning but will the same problem.
Do you have any other suggestions please?

Can you both do a reset of your router for me please ?

You both have the same Internet provider as other people who have had this issue, if the reset doesn't work might be worthwhile speaking to them to see if they can advise further.

There's was an issue with that episode specifically which should now have been fixed however I believe this a separate issue to the one others are having in this topic.

Yes, works fine on my phone which is the only other device I've tried it on. Just doesn't let me log into my PS4
