Ps3 app freezes

When using the Now TV app on a PS3 connected to a Samsung UHD tv, I'm having real problems with picture quality (looks like the picture is ungraded, or like home video) and terrible frame skipping / juddering - it's completely unwatchable. I don't have the same problems when playing either the iPlayer or Netflix PS3 apps on the same TV. Any ideas as to how, or if, I can do anything about it?

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

Sorry to hear about the problems you've been having.

 

Can you please try going to your settngs on the PS3 and change the display to 720p (if it's already on that setting, switch it to 1080 and then back again).
